Your HAAT POS
Prices are with HAAT Pay and before Massachusetts sales tax. Card processing rates are quoted separately. Rented hardware comes with a 12-month rental agreement, then goes month to month. Leave in the first year and you pay the months left; after that, send it back with no fee. Repairs and replacements are included while you rent. Normal wear is on us. Broken or missing equipment is charged at repair cost, up to its replacement price. Equipment not returned within 30 days is charged at replacement price.
Questions
- Is the POS really free?
- Yes. When you take cards through HAAT Pay, the POS software is $0 a month. That's how we get paid.
- What are your card rates?
- Competitive, and quoted for your store. Send us your statement for a free savings check and you'll have them in writing.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- Not for the POS or add-ons. They're month to month. If you rent hardware, you sign a 12-month rental agreement that covers the equipment, and we go over it with you before you sign.
- What about hardware?
- You can buy it once and own it, or rent it if you'd rather not put a big chunk of cash into equipment up front. Renting comes with a 12-month agreement, then goes month to month. The pricing page has the details.
- Do you have packages?
- No. Every add-on stands on its own, with a 14-day free trial.
- Can you move my items from my old POS?
- Yes, that's part of switching. Basic setup is free.
- What happens to my sales data?
- It's used to help your store and nothing else. No ads on your customer screen, and we never sell or pool your sales.
